Estate Preserves
The Conservancy’s Estate Preserves will offer to a handful of buyers ownership of personal havens for retreat and rejuvenation, along with the opportunity to help seed a global legacy project.
Ranging in size from 20-30 acres, these rare properties include designated primary and secondary homesite building envelopes and private easements for shared, gated driveways along the tract’s boundary. The Estate Preserves include water line extension routes from a shared private well. Thoughtful covenants protect the land’s integrity, ownership experience and values.
Owners and their guests enjoy the use of private nature trails both within the Conservancy and through adjoining scenic greenbelt areas. Conservancy owners will also have the opportunity for guest access to the adjoining Crystal Earth Institute campus, with its unique installations and ceremonial enclaves. Additionally, each Estate Preserve includes one or more mapped “Planetary Points” where the owner may consider installation of suggested features to enhance the experience of the rare energies of Crystal Mesa.
Point at Crystal Mesa
Estate Preserve #1, as the crown jewel of all of Crystal Mesa’s expansive properties, features 30 energetically potent, wooded acres with over 800 feet of mesa edge vista frontage at the northernmost promontory of the vast Glorieta Mesa.
Windsong
Estate Preserve #2, with five hundred linear feet of wooded mesa edge offers 180 degree vistas from Northeast to Southwest, including views of dramatic cliff faces and verdant mountains. This Preserve also features two small archaeological sites of prior indigenous activity.
Phoenix Rise
Estate Preserve #3 is named for the large, auspicious Phoenix-Dragon land form centered on one of the property’s elevated homesite areas and evident in aerial photography. In addition to its special homesite knoll area, this wooded 20 acre Preserve offers 600 feet of dramatic mesa edge views.
The Sanctuary
Estate Preserve #4, the westernmost of the four mesa-edge properties, is considered by some to offer one of the most sublime settings in the Conservancy, or anywhere else on the mesa, with a gentle rise of small glens amidst a large grove of tall ponderosa pines.
Dancing Eagle
Estate Preserve #5 offers an alternate setting and price point with appeal to those seeking to participate in the Conservancy’s legacy stewardship, but with more interest in a secluded forest haven than a dramatic perch on the edge of the mesa.
